After snow leopards the most commonly photographed mammals are the Himalayan Ibex (a favorite prey of the snow leopard) and the red fox.
Himalayan (Siberian) Ibex
The males have beautify spiral horns that are much longer than the females.

Female with short horns

Male with elegant, curving horns

Our first glimpse of Ibex was when a large herd crossed right in front of us and went up the hillside

The herd walked right past us

He kept on walking with a blue sky

This male stopped to detect the scent of females in heat

When he sniffs the air and raises his upper lip this is called the flehmen response

If he finds a potential female in heat he makes a closer inspection

They are sure-footed along the precarious cliffs

Red Fox
This is the same species of red fox that we have in North America (with a tail that is a bit more bushy due to the colder weather).
